NetballSmart is the official injury prevention programme of Netball New Zealand. The team have produced some excellent resources to reduce your risk of injury and keep you fit and strong on the netball court.

It began with research to develop a dynamic warm up netball athletes of all ages can perform to reduce the risk of knee injuries, in particular ACL injuries. This is an excellent resource available in video and print form, with a summary here: I recommend learning more online and using a combination of these warm up exercises/skills before every training and game. You'll see the Silver Ferns and the ANZ Premiership teams using these movements as part of their pre-game warm up.
