We hope everyone is keeping well, kind and safe as we emerge from our bubble. As we move in to level 2, we are now able to see patients face to face again. But we are not yet back to ‘normal’. We have been using Telehealth with excellent feedback to date. We will continue to use Telehealth where possible, for example for a review consultation following radiology imaging. We will also be splitting new patient appointments in two: a Telehealth interview followed by a face to face examination and management plan. This is purely to limit our contact time. There will be questions to answer regarding your health prior to your appointment, and contact tracing requirements when entering the building.
