I am a Sport and Exercise Physician, mother of two and lover of all Hawke's Bay has to offer: sun, food, wine, tennis and outdoor adventures.

I graduated from Medicine at Otago University and came to the Hawke's Bay as a Junior Doctor. After a year in General Practice I transferred to Sports Medicine and have been working in this field since 2011. I started my advanced training in Sport and Exercise Medicine in 2014, spending two years in Wellington and two years in Melbourne. I finished my training with a fellowship at High Performance Sport NZ (HPSNZ), where I worked solely with elite athletes.
