Sitting here in front of my computer, my lower back and hip beginning to ache, I am reminded that 'movement is medicine'. I'm off for a walk before dinner, my body will thank me for it. This infographic is a great reminder of why I don't need to worry about back stiffness and ache, and by moving I am not only helping my back and reducing my pain, but every single organ and system in my body will be thanking me for it.
